Royal Doulton Miniature Bone China Snowflake Vase

This delightful tiny bone china vase is decorated with the Royal Doulton series ware titled Snowflake. It features four sheep standing in the snow with their footprints in the snow in the foreground. There are bare trees and red sunset skies in the background. It has two small handles. The inside and outside rim is trimmed with pale yellow. The series was introduced in 1904 and withdrawn by 1914. There are some black marks under the vase beside the backstamp. These are under the glaze and cannot be seen when the vase is standing. Otherwise, it is in excellent condition with no damage.
Measurements: Height – 1 2/3 inches (4.25 cm): Maximum diameter – 2 inches (5 cm).
