Pair French Sterling Silver Serviette Rings

These sterling silver miniature serviette rings were probably made for children. They both have a hallmark on the rim but it is very difficult to decipher. They are in excellent condition with no damage.
Measurements each : Width – 1 ¼ inches (3 cm): Height– ¾ inch (2 cm).
