Mechanical Pencil

This pencil is considered to date from the late 1800s or early 1900s. It does not retract but has a twisting mechanism on the extension to extrude the lead. The barrel is plain and is marked British Made and England. There is a bail or ring at the end to hang the pencil from a chain. It is in very good condition with no damage and slides well.
Length extended - 3 1/4 inches (8.5 cm).
