Wileman Daisy Wreath  Print Two Handled Cup.

This fine bone china cup and saucer are decorated with the Wileman pattern titled "Daisy Wreath Print". It features a wreath of orange and white daisies with gilt centres, together with leaves which are coloured black and gilt. This wreath circles the top of the cup and the rim of the saucer. There are also two sprays of daisies inside the cup. The rims of the cup and saucer are edged with bright gilt as are the two handles of the cup and the centre of the saucer. The registration number 118300, pattern number 6031 and backstamp indicate that the pair were introduced after 1890. They are in excellent condition with no damage and ring true when tapped.
Measurements: Width cup tip handle to handle – 4 ½ inches (11 cm): Diameter top cup – 3 ½ inches (9 cm): Diameter saucer – 5 ½ inches (14 cm).
