Shelley Mabel Lucie Attwell Boo Boo Eggcup

This delightful bone china footed eggcup is decorated with a boo-boo (elf). He is sprinkling water on some flowers with a watering can. This is an illustration by the well-known artist Mabel Lucie Attwell. The rim of the eggcup is edged with dark blue. It has the Shelley backstamp and the printed words Copyright Design. The body of a watering can is rather faint but otherwise the cup is in excellent condition and rings true when tapped.
Measurements: Height – 2 ½ inches (6 cm): Diameter top – 2 inches (5 cm).
