Shelley Blue Delphiniums Cake Plate

This colourful bone china cake plate is decorated with the Shelley pattern titled Blue Delphiniums. One side of the plate features a bold group of blue delphiniums, orange, yellow and blue and anenomes with some green leaves and touches of grey. On the other side is a grey tree with touches of green and yellow. All are on a white background. The rim is edged with blue. The tabs also have a blue border. The backstamp was used from 1912 to 1925. There is a pattern number 12217 and a shape letter Z for Henley. It is in mint condition and rings true when tapped.
Measurement: Width tab to tab - 9 1/2 inches (24.5 cm).
