Shelley Berries and Blocks Cake Plate

This bone china plate is decorated with a striking pattern titled Berries and Blocks. It features a border of black blocks and dots with a pale green line plus a small pale blue oval with a red dot in each corner of the plate. In the middle of each of the four sides is a pale blue oblong block and a bunch of red and yellow berries with black leaves. The two tabs have a black pattern. The rim is edged with black enamel. It has the Shelley backstamp used between 1925 and 1945 and the pattern number 11450. It is in mint condition and rings very true when tapped.
